  5. Systemics' Job Costing monitors the costs of resources, materials and labour by
  6. specified project, enabling examination of the true project cost at various
  7. stages. Sub-contractors' costs can be derived from the purchase ledger or
  8. entered manually. Labour details are posted from time sheets entered into the
  9. package. User-defined rechargeables, e.g. printing and telecom, can be assigned
  10. to projects. Materials costs can be taken from stock package or entered as
  11. rechargeables. Petty cash items can be charged to the job, and a payment module
  12. allows authorisation, payment and posting to the nominal ledger. At any stage,
  13. current costs can be computed and compared with original production budgets for
  14. time and materials. Deliveries can be recorded and invoices can be raised when
  15. required, based on job costs or a fixed price over-ride facility; invoicing
  16. links to both sales and nominal ledger modules. Job Costing is one of a range
